I’m a member of the press and would like some information about your company
If you have seen an item on our website or in our catalogue and would like to request an image or product to use in your feature, simply send details of your request to pressoffice@scottsandco.com
Please include the following information in your email to help us process your request quickly and efficiently:
- Your name
- Your contact details
- Your publication title
- Feature title
- Cover date of the publication for which the request applies
- If you require any images, please let us know how you would like them supplied
- If you require a sample product, please provide a mailing address to which the item should be sent
We aim to respond to all requests as soon as possible (usually the same day).
Please note, if you wish to receive a photographic sample then we ask you to allow 5 working days for delivery. We ask that all samples are returned to us. If not charges may apply for the cost of the sample. We are sure you understand, but unfortunately we are unable to pay return postage. Returned parcels remain your responsibility until safely received by us. Additional parcel insurance is recommended when returning goods valued over £30
